Jillian is a Reno-based esthetician with serious expertise in facials, waxing, skincare, and lashes — and clients who are loyal for good reason. When she came to me, she had a clear sense of the feeling she wanted her brand to carry: modern, elevated, and feminine, but never cold. She wanted potential clients to feel relaxed and confident from the very first click.


Jillian's talent and expertise were never in question — her clients knew exactly how good she was. But her online presence wasn't keeping up with the caliber of her work. For an esthetician, the brand and website are often a client's very first experience of what it feels like to be in your care. If the visual experience feels off — too generic, too busy, not quite right — potential clients may not even make it to the booking page.
She needed a cohesive identity that communicated expertise and professionalism while staying warm and welcoming — the digital equivalent of walking into a beautifully designed treatment room for the first time.

The brand identity I built for Jillian leans into soft, minimal details and a calming palette that immediately signals the spa-like experience she delivers. Nothing overdone, nothing clinical — just clean, refined, and quietly confident. The kind of brand that makes someone exhale a little before they've even booked their appointment.
The website was designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate, putting the booking experience front and center without feeling transactional. Every design decision — from the typography pairing to the spacing — was made with her ideal client in mind: someone who values quality, trusts the details, and wants to feel taken care of from the very first impression.
